I would like to help you achieve integral well-being. My approach is personalized and based not only on my studies of Ayurveda medicine and naturopathy, but also on my years of experience in consultation of both physical and emotional issues.

 

Advice and personal consultation, massage, relaxation techniques and emotional personal help. Self-help and self-massage techniques.

 

Registered not only as a practitioner but also as a trainer and endorsed by the state of Kerala, India, I have been dedicated to practice and spread Ayurveda for over 18 years.

 

My approach is to figure out your bio constitution and help you understand your physical tendencies that are unique like you as a person. And look for a simple solution to manage imbalances through nutrition advise and lifestyle adjustments. And maybe some herbal supplements help.

Many times the order in our lifestyle, recognizing and respecting our personal needs, and proper nutrition are the best medicines.

 

On the other hand, the lack of calm and emotional stability are a great cause of the evils that affect us all today.

I would like to help you understand how we work emotionally and in relation to other people. To be able to solve personal, family, work, or gender issues. Always under these same parameters of Ayurveda medicine.

The Indian/Ayurvedic philosophy in this regard, is that we come to this life with the mission of knowing our own reality and achieving personal happiness. Ayurveda takes care of the body and mind so that life is long and achieving that happiness possible.

 

Therapies and treatments

 

By being mobile I can offer my treatments at home since I am equipped for it. Obviously I can't offer all the treatments of Ayurveda medicine, but I can offer the basic detoxifying and full body treatments.

On the other hand, if my services were required in other centers, clinics or schools, I can settle more completely and offer a greater variety of treatments.
